Leisure center, 1 Waterf0nt Pl. P0rt Melb. Bit hard to get into due to the large fence around the perimeter. There's not much left of the main building. Just the small pool area, change rooms, an upstairs area, and to the side, what could have been a conference area. If you're into tennis take your rackets and have a hit on the tennis court. There's also a multi storey place on the opposite corner. I had no luck with that one, but hope you do :)
