Fact0ry, 1 Rai1way Rd. Epp1ng. There's 2 separate sites. The corner site has one medium size tin shed and a couple small out buildings. The site next to it has a couple small fact0ry sheds on it. I wouldn't go out of my way for this one, but if you're in the area take a look.
