Wareh0use, corner of Wilkins0n and R0sser St. Brunsw1ck. This place has been there for a fair while. There's a few large rooms to have a look at and some office space at the front. On "maps" it says it used to be a ch0colate fact0ry, so I assume that's what it was. Overall not bad for a look around.
While you're there, there's also the pub on the corner that's nearby. Bit hard to get into, and a bit of a construction site at the moment.
